The Blogger, The Baker, and The Red Tree

I wondered how to title this post. I had a few options like

Berry, Cakes and A Red Tree

or

Actually, that was the only other option I had :p




Anyways, the day before Thanksgiving, my family went for our photo shoot. Since we got married, and my sister had a baby in May, it was time to have new family photos done. My dad posted one of them on his Facebook page, and the likes and comments from family friends all over the world was just amazing. Thank God for great friends! It's also the photo I posted on Instagram here.

I decided to do an impromptu shoot when we got home from the photo studio, and Cakes joined me too! I hope you like the photos :D

I did my makeup myself, innit?




I got my dress from Macy's the day before because the dress I originally wanted to wear was too tight - shey I told you I've gained 10 pounds? Ah well.

I know you're wondering where the red tree is - here it is!




By the way, the wig I'm wearing is one of the crochet wigs I made for one of my sisters. I still haven't made one for myself. Weird.


 


I don't know what I was saying below. My crazy cousin Zeezee A was taking my photos and we pretended I was a model and she, a high fashion photographer :p








Then Cakes joined in :)




 





Meanwhile, all our friends have been saying we should have cameras following us 24/7 and have a reality show - LOL, I dunno about that. All my dramatics will be on display for all to see *hides face* If we had a show though, what should we call it? Berry and Cakes? The Blogger and the Baker? Any suggestions?

      Oya so that you don't use no ideas to procrastinate. Maybe just do an introductory video first (with both of you together) being your natural cute selfs, maybe throw in some fun facts too?

      I think just continue to be you- just like you are on your blog. No gimmicks, no themes necessary. I really like hearing about your escapades or watching your funny videos where you are just twirling in a pretty swoopy skirt! Maybe you could just go off of the things that you are writing about. For instance, I liked reading about your journey searching through your grandmother's clothes for vintage items (long ago posting). A vlog about that process and showing how and where you wore the clothing would have made for good vlogging material. I think a pun was in that sentence, but it wasn't intentional! Ha- I guess I may be funny after all. ;)

    I love the title of this post. The red tree is so picturesque, looks like it came straight outta the Enid Blyton storybook of my childhood- " The Enchanted Forest".

    My suggested title for your reality show is "Red Velvet" Lol

You both could start out with some marital advice, wedding ideas, challenges you face and overcome also, just to inspire young people about to get hitched...
