She Leads Africa - SheHive Opener

Yesterday I shared photos and a dancing video from one part of my weekend at Afropolitan Vibes. I promised to share the other part of my weekend - attending the opening of the SheHive by She Leads Africa. It was basically an introduction to SLA and the Motherland Mogul Week. Throughout this week, there are panel sessions with business experts on different aspects of entrepreneurship. See here for the schedule. Everything culminates with the SLA Pitch Competition this Saturday at The Oriental Hotel at 2:00pm.

Here are a few snaps from the event yesterday.

The SheHive is being held at Cre8, which is a new space at 6 Agoro Odiyan Street, off Adeola Odeku. It is a coworking space, so people will be able to go in for an office environment, have meetings, etc. I'm not sure how much they would charge. Cafe Neo is also present at the venue, so yay to coffees, cappuccinos and more!
