What I'm listening to now...

Heeeeeeeeey!

How are ya? How's your week going? *it'd be nice if someone, ANYONE answered one of these questions at some point*

Anyways, today I'm listening to my girl Chee (formerly known as Chidynma/D'Voice).

She's a family friend, and we go waaaaaaaaaaay back. She gave up a career in engineering to move back to Nigeria and pursue her passion - singing. She first came out with a ballad and video, Obimmo, which she also performed at my sister's wedding (with us as her backup singers).

She's come back after a hiatus and hopes to take Nigeria and the rest of the world by storm! I promise you, her voice is AH-MAH-ZING! She's sang in front of different presidents, and even former US President Clinton this year. I believe that THIS YEAR is the beginning of a new phase for her, and I can't wait for her to rise up stratospherically (I just made up this word)!

Without further ado...

Let me know what you think! I personally have been using it to pretend-exercise :D

Thank you ma'am! I'll certainly check your blog out. Sawry about the little annoyances. Just flick them off your shoulders, flip your hair and keep it moving!

  2. Hi Berry! Thot it was interesting you asked if anyone could respond to "these questions at some point"....lol. well, i've had a very "interesting" week so far..grateful for God's grace and blessings, and on the down side, i've been trying to get over someone who fed me with lies and deceit. I'm just comforted that all things work together for good, for those who love God...Have a fantastic weekend..cheers!

    1. YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY, thank you for responding.

Awww, I feel your pain. It can be hard to move on, especially if you really loved and cared for that person. But just think about it this way: if you were being lied to, then they don't deserve to have you. God's plan for us is GOOD! Good does not include lies. So say "BUH-BYE/SAYONARA and we hope the door hits your behind on the way out!"

      :)

  3. Hey girl... apart from recovering from missing my flight to Ghana and a burst pipe in my bathroom, my week has been great and i am thankful to God. Chidinma sings so well, i was at an event where she performed and her voice in heavenly. I hope she does a meet and greet/performance soon.

    1. Ghaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! No fair. I don't know why you didn't invite me!

Eeek! Sawry about the pipe. On one hand, I want to live by myself. On the other hand, this is Nigeria and I wouldn't know the first thing to do (apart from call Cakes).

Oooh, I should tell Chidinma (Chee) to put something like that in the works!
