So every now and then, I decide to get in the kitchen and whip up something different. Truth be told, I hardly ever cook - not my fault. But when I do, I come up with random ways to cook things and experiment with different ingredients. (
see last cooking post)
On this particular day, I wanted to eat something quick and easy. I was craving eggs, and I'd usually mix it in with Indomie. But I didn't want to eat noodles, so decided on couscous. I've had couscous with fried eggs before, and it's kinda boring, so this time I decided to throw in some sardines as well.
Would I say it tasted great? No. But it was decent, quick, and filling. You can play around with whatever spices you feel like using.
