Berry Lovely Links

Why is June flying by so quickly?!?!?!? Am I the only one that feels that way? I feel like the month needs to slow down a little bit, so I can catch my breath for a few days! BTW thanks to everyone who wished my Cocoa Bean a Happy Birthday. She enjoyed her day, like other days, and I'm just so thankful to be her mummy!

I hope you've had a good week though, and I hope you enjoy the links from this week.

  1. June 19th was Sickle Cell Awareness Day, and in honor of that, here's a post written by my cousin about The Misconception of a Sick Girl.
  2. I thought What It's Like to Be a White Woman Named Lakeisha was pretty interesting.
  3. It was Father's Day on Sunday, and I love that Blazers and Baby is highlighting working fathers on their website. Check out one of their first posts, Being a Dad Means Thinking About Us, Not Me.
  4. I started watching this new series on Ndani TV, Oga Pastor, and I look forward to keeping up.
  5. The second half of the year is almost here, and here's an exhaustive list of 12 Dozen Places to Educate Yourself Online for FREE!
