DISCOVER GEORGIA: Pettit Creek Farms Pumpkin Fest

It's been a while since I put up a Discover Georgia post. These posts are to showcase some of the different places and/or events in Georgia, and to show you that Georgia is more than just Atlanta. In this post I'm sharing a few photos from our trip to Pettit Creek Farms.

We go to Pettit Creek Farms at least once or twice a year, typically during the holiday season. First of all, it's not too far from where we live and we can get there in about 20 minutes. Secondly, there are themed events such as their annual Pumpkin Festival (which we went for this time around) and their Christmas Lights Festival as well. It's a farm with animals like zebras, camels, llamas, a giraffe, kangaroos and more; and if you get on the hayride wagon, you get to feed some of the animals.

Before or after the hayride, you can take advantage of the photo ops, grab a snack or meal, check out the corn maze, go on a donkey or camel ride, and more!
